All of our truffles are made without added artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives, with two exceptions: our Dubai Chocolate Domes and Apricot Almond Truffles contain small amounts of preservatives present in the kataifi pastry and dried apricots.

Chocolate ganache infused with Amaretto di Saronno and coated with crunchy Almond Biscotti. No preservatives.
Ingredients: fine Belgian couverture chocolate (Callebaut Recipe 811, 54.5% cocoa) , heavy cream, pinch of salt, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, almond extract, Amaretto di Saronno liqueur (~1.4 ml per truffle), and crushed almond biscotti cookies.

Chocolate ganache infused with Grand Marnier liqueur and coated with sweetened coconut flakes. No preservatives,. Gluten-free.
Ingredients: fine Belgian couverture chocolate (Callebaut Recipe 811, 54.5% cocoa) , heavy cream, pinch of salt, unsalted butter, vanilla extract, orange extract, Grand Marnier liqueur (~1.4 ml per truffle), and sweetened coconut flakes.
